The Big Rajah was founded in 1980 in Malaysia by John Joseph Xavier, who was bestowed the prestigious Malaysian "Pioneering Father of Food Catering" by the Indian Caterers Association in 2005. His legacy is lived on by his son, John William Xavier, a renowned Malaysian food icon and sought-after speaker in Malaysia's commercial food catering sector. His vision of service excellence and uncompromising culinary standards lives on today as The Big Rajah continues to make inroads in the art and science of catering and event management to make every function, truly memorable.
