A third generation family business boasting over 40 years of experience. From a little catering house, today, we have grown to a full-services 24 by 7 full services food catering company serving over 50,000 plates in one single day.  
We are grateful to our clientele, who have trusted us to deliver exceptional results because it is truly our joy to be a part of their celebration.  We look forward to creating more signature event reflecting their uniqueness and specialness, leaving a distinct mark on their guests.

Meet Dato' Dr. John William Xavier, Malaysia's celebrity food icon who grew up in the food catering business, groomed personally by his father, JJ Xavier (awarded THE Founding Father of the Food Catering Business). He is a sought after conference speaker and is at the forefront of innovative food development in Malaysia. John, fondly known as The Big Rajah, founded the company with the vision of serving a Royal Banquet to Malaysians. Today, he travels the world to bring home the tastes the finest global cuisine.

Director, Events Design

Vivian, born into the Xavier family, has food and events running in her blood. She is the lady that makes things happen! Vivian has designed and led events successfully for up to over 20,000 people. She is highly personable and is well regarded in the Malaysian events scene, widely sought after for her creative abilities and business acumen. She has a keen eye for detail, able to juggle several events simultaneously and is a perfectionist when it comes to executing her work, which she assumes with great enthusiasm and careful deliberation.

Chief Finance & Operations Officer

Fred comes to TBR with over 30 years of experience in the food and event management services industry. He heads the entire operations and financial management of the firm. Fred ensures that the operations are functioning in optimal condition in order to deliver the best performance to our clients. He is a person committed to improvements and has a keen eye for detail. Responsibility: All Staffing, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Stock Control, Development, Operations.

Executive Assistant to CEO

Ranee has served with the team for over a decade and is a dedicated and integral core staff member. She manages the corporate administration of the office and carries out her duties as the CEO's PA with utmost care. She also overlooks the marketing and administration hires as well as supports the COO on certain operational duties. With over 30 years of managerial experience, she is armed with a warm, kind and loveable personality.

Director Operations & Events

An accomplished chef in his own right, Sunder is regarded as the adopted son of JJ Xavier, and has been with the company since its inception. He heads the Events Operations to ensure that each function is managed perfectly. He is a popular rank and file member of staff which has given him a comprehensive understanding of the operations. He begun his career in the kitchen at 16, under the tutelage of Rossari Xavier, and he was Sous-Chef at TBR supervising over 30 cooks before assuming this role.

With over 20 years of experience in business development and integrated marketing in the financial services, oil & gas, food & beverage and technology sectors, Mona is a highly sought-after corporate executive who is experienced in international and regional business activities. She holds an MBA from Strathclyde University, is an Associate of the Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Working together for 40+ years, the Maran and Sardiq duo is an unbeatable team when it comes to food. Their collaboration soon celebrates its golden anniversary as the team benefits from their seamless work management. Commencing their careers under the tutelage of Rosary herself, they boast of an immense experience in providing culinary excellence. Nobody embodies the term "feeding the multitudes" better than these chefs, feeding over 25,000 people in one single day!

After 20+ years at British American Tobacco in Research, Jacinta (fondly known as Jessie) decided to pursue her passion in pastries full-time, true to the calling in her Xavier bloodline. Sweetness is a word that would describe Jessie, personally and professionally. Every single client that has used her services has highly endorsed her work - thanks to her professionalism and artistic devotion. A researcher through and through, Jessie avidly looks for ways to improve her pastry skills and is precise in producing absolutely addictive cakes and pastries.
